I am originally from the UK and have lived all over the world before setting roots down in Florida and Georgia. I have had the privilege of working with clients from many different cultures and backgrounds during my 25+ years of experience in hospitality and event planning.
From intimate ceremonies and lavish destination weddings to large-scale nonprofit galas, I have enjoyed coordinating them all. Currently, I focus on weddings and special events in north and central Georgia, as well as Florida’s Gulf Coast. A number of weddings I have been part of have been featured in Style Me Pretty, Every Last Detail, Sarasota Scene Magazine, Oconee Life, and Style Magazine.
When I am not planning out every detail of my clients’ special day, I love travelling, cooking, digging in the dirt in my garden, spending time with my daughters, and drinking good wine.

Hi everyone! I am Delaney, a full time massage therapist and part time Gilly Francis events employee. I started working with Gilly Francis Events two years ago, and I have loved every moment. Working as Gilly’s assistant brings me so much joy as I love to be a part of the couples special day, while making sure everything runs smoothly. My favorite part of a wedding is when the groom sees the bride for the first time. It’s truly a magical moment and what can I say, I’m a hopeless romantic!
When I am not working for Gilly or working as a massage therapist, I am playing with my two sweet pups, Krew and Kai, who are my world. I spend a lot of time with my boyfriend, Spencer, my friends, and my family. I also love photography, baking, and shopping.
I cannot wait to see what 2025 will bring for Gilly Francis Events. Thank you Gilly for not only believing in me but helping me to live out my dreams. I will be forever grateful to you🤍

I’m Ashley a full-time marketing and advertising professional for a local company and proud wedding coordinator with Gilly Francis Events , being part of the team has been such an incredible experience- I love helping couples create unforgettable moments on their special day. My favorite part of every wedding is spending time with the bridal party and making sure the bride feels completely cared for and stress free!
Outside of work I enjoy keeping my calendar full with exciting events, travelling to new places, and spending quality time with my amazing family and friends.My two ups, Moose and Henley, bring endless joy and laughter to my life, making very day brighter.
Working with Gilly has been a dream- she’s not just a boss, but an amazing friend. She is always there to support me! I feel so lucky to be part of such a wonderful team and can’t wait to see what the future holds!
